Canada post is our prefered  method of delivery. We will ship your package within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please allow additional travel time for your parcel.We will charge a standard rate of $12.00 on Canadian and U.S deliveries under $100.00. Orders $100 or more will have free delivery .
